Ningbo Exhibition Group held a semi-annual work meeting

On the afternoon of July 29, the 2022 semi-annual work meeting of the exhibition was held in Xinzhi Hotel. A total of 25 people including members of the company's management team, heads of functional departments, and general managers of various subsidiaries attended. The meeting was presided over by Bao Minmin, deputy general manager of the exhibition.


       At the meeting, the general managers of Cordis Hotel, Langham Place Hotel, Qianhu State Guest House, Xinzhi Hotel, Congress Hotel, and Congress Management Company reported on the work in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year. Wang Yuxiang, deputy general manager of the exhibition, analyzed and summarized the safety production work of the company in the first half of the year, and arranged for the deployment of key tasks in the second half of the year.


       General Manager Chen Wei made a semi-annual production and operation report of the company. He summarized the operation work in the first half of the year and analyzed the existing problems and development situation. He pointed out that in the second half of the year, all companies should focus on the annual goals and key tasks, firmly grasp the overall planning of work, and form a working model of top-down, internal and external, and left-right collaboration. Platform companies should further enhance their sense of responsibility, market awareness, and efficiency. Conscious of cost, coordinating and gathering the platform's advantageous resources to form a joint force, completing the opening of the Congress project with high quality, and further improving various business indicators.


       At the end of the meeting, Chairman Ma Ju affirmed that the hotels worked hard in their own unique and distinctive ways on the basis of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control in the first half of the year, and put forward four requirements for the work in the second half of the year: Improve standardized, refined, and lean management, smooth the communication mechanism between the owner and the wine management company, and form a virtuous circle of complementary resources, superposition of advantages, and benefit upgrade of each company; the second is to focus on model innovation and control the epidemic situation in the second half of the year Next, turn the results of the hard work in the first half of the year into operating benefits; third, we must concentrate on the preparations for the Congress Center.
