May 2022 is the second "Civil Code Publicity Month" since the implementation of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", and this year's theme is "A Better Life with the Civil Code". As the first law named after a code in the People's Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of my country has created a precedent for codification and legislation in our country, and is of milestone significance. In order to implement the law popularization requirements of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and enhance the legal awareness of all employees, Ningbo Convention and Exhibition Group and its subsidiaries organized a series of civil code publicity activities, such as learning the theory of the rule of law, watching law popularizing videos, listening to legal training, and being a law-abiding model.
The first is to fully participate in the upsurge. Starting from May 8, the company and its four subordinate hotels have simultaneously launched the theme month publicity activities. On May 13, the company organized cadres and employees to study "Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law and important expositions on the Civil Code" on the DingTalk group; on May 19, organized all employees to study "Into the Civil Code - Lively Learn and Use the Civil Code" to publicize the law The video promotes cadres and employees to understand the background and connotation of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and to understand the importance of the Civil Code in daily life.
Third, experts teach to solve doubts. In response to the many contract legal issues involved in the work of employees, on the afternoon of May 25, the company specially invited lawyer Wu Wangchao of Zhejiang Shengning Law Firm to conduct legal training entitled "Contract-related legal risks and prevention". Through the explanation of items, the series of small cases and the on-site Q&A and other links, the doubts, difficulties and blind spots of employees in the process of signing contracts and follow-up services are solved, and the legal application ability is effectively improved.
Through the promotion of the Law Popularization Month, all employees of the exhibition and its subsidiaries have a clear understanding of the importance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law and the Civil Code, and feel the unique charm of the Civil Code as an encyclopedia of social life.
